PRIVATE CLASS FOR PREVIOUS ATTENDEES Saturday, November 14, 2026 with Karla Irby YOU SHOULD HAVE ALREADY SELECTED YOUR TIME SLOT WITH KARLA. We’ve worked the past 9 months creating beautifully assorted quilt blocks! This class is being set up to let each of the participants spend time with the teacher, Karla, to design and sew your blocks into a quilt top. Start times will be staggered so Karla can devote at least 30minutes of undivided attention to you at the beginning of your session. You will have use of a design wall for a couple hours. You will be able to remain in the studio and work as long as it is open. We will work with the blocks you have to create the arrangements. Having at least 9 blocks finished will give you something to play with nicely. Your blocks should be either 6.5 or 12.5 inches. If not, we can adjust accordingly. More blocks mean a bigger quilt top and more play! We will explore different sashing methods and borders to design your own one of a kind, beautiful sampler quilt. If you see something you’d like to use; bring it. Ideas are always helpful. Bring any extra fabrics and new fabrics you might want to incorporate into your top.

Class Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that life brings surprises to us all, and sometimes people must cancel their class reservation. Seating is limited and we may have people on the waiting list for the class. Please be considerate and let us know as soon as possible if you need to change your plans. Help us continue to offer these wonderful classes, at the most affordable costs possible, by reading and adhering to our cancellation, refund and transfer policies. Please note that under no circumstances will NAC prorate any classes, camps or workshops. Cancellation Policy Classes and Workshops: NAC cancels classes when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 2 business days before the class starts. One Day/Evening Workshops & Events: These 3-hour workshops or events are cancelled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 1 business days before the class starts. Kids & Teens Summer Camps: NAC cancels camps when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 4 business days before the camp starts. Refund Policy Full refunds are given for any class, workshop or event if the class is cancelled by NAC. Cancellations occur when the enrollment does not reach the minimum enrollment. If a student chooses to withdraw from a class, workshop or event, prior to the start date, the refund policy is as follows: Classes and Workshops • 100% refund with 4 or more days notice prior to start date of the class. • 50% refund with 3 or more days notice to start date of the class. • No refunds will be granted after the start of the class or workshop. Camps • 100% refunds with 7 or more days notice. • If a camper is not available for an entire week of camp, we highly recommend that the parents choose another week. Camps are designed to be a week-long learning experiences and projects are not designed to be completed on a day-by-day basis. Transfers • In place of refunds, transfers may be made to another class, or gift certificates may be issued to be used in the future toward classes, workshops and camps.
